Mr. Al Khaili is a prominent UAE entrepreneur with a long standing record of transforming large scale ventures into leading regional conglomerates. Alongside his role as Chairman and founder of the Company, Mr. Al Khaili serves as Chairman of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since 2008. Mr. Al Khaili founded EIIC and National Holding and has served as their Chairman since 1993.

Mr. Kakish is a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a private sector representative and Chairman of the Industry Working Group, a part of the Economic Collaboration Committee created by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and chairs the Industry Working Group. Mr. Kakish has over 30 years of experience in managing industrial conglomerates and has led Ittihad International Investment LLC since its inception in 2008. Mr. Kakish holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut, and is a Chartered Engineer from The Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Mr. Abu Hamze has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury. Mr. Abu Hamze has a Master’s degree in International Securities Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre Henley Business School and previously led the Treasury and Debt and Capital Advisory team of Dubai Holding. Mr. Abu Hamze has been a member of the Company since 2012.

Ms. Al Mazrouei is a multi-award-winning digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving the next generation of digital innovation across various industries. Ms. Al Mazrouei was ranked 24th on Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in the Middle East in 2023. Ms. Al Mazrouei is the CEO of Etihad Credit Insurance. She has worked in several reputable organizations in executive positions including Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai Holding, National Bonds Corporation, and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Ms. Al Mazrouei holds an MBA in Global Leadership and Management from the United Arab Emirates University, a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Higher Colleges of Technology and throughout the years has expanded her credentials by completing several executive education programs. Ms. Al Mazrouei serves on various boards including the Harvard Business School MENA Advisory Board, Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, Zand Digital Bank, and Al Masraf Arab Bank.

Dr. Al Khayyat is an industrial engineer and energy veteran with more than four decades of experience. He previously held various executive positions including CEO of Emaar Industries and Investments and Exeed Industries, Chief Manufacturing Officer of DEPA, GM of Dubai Investments Park and Senior Projects Manager of Dubai Investments. Dr. Al Khayyat is a Member of the Board of Fujairah Building Industries (Chairman), National Port Said (Chairman), AIG, Multiform Aluminum Industries, Mammut Building Systems, and Three Eight Six. Dr. Al Khayyat holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston, Birmingham, UK.
